As the world changed over the past few months, live in-person events have become an impossibility. We have transformed one of our office spaces into a fully functioning, professional webcasting studio. We can bring your event into the online space by beaming your presenters into the studio for a virtual discussion. We then mix content together to stream to your delegates in a visually appealing and interesting production they can engage with. Customisable for your specific event we can colour and brand to your needs. In this configuration we have set up 2 areas. On the left we have a presentation screen for PowerPoint or Keynote presentations with a dynamic background behind the speaker. On the right is where the host can speak to remote guests and interact with them almost as though they were in the same room.
Picture-In-Picture screen to see host and guests together. Customisable backgrounds and overlays to suit your brand and look.
Dynamic LCD backgrounds customisable for your brand and look. Animated ‘Lower-third’ name titles and your brand ‘Bug’ in lower right and corner.
Multiple presenters viewable for better audience engagement. For this event we used both Zoom and WebEx combined together to cater for the presenters specific requirements.
Our Live studio screens add an additional dynamic to the audience experience and lets the host develop a better conversation with their guests.
The use of projection can add additional branding and visual appeal. Having a great host to pull a virtual event is paramount to a successful event.
Here we have a client who booked the space out for a green screen webinar shoot. We used our tech to beam the producers in from Sydney to direct the talent. The Producers could also see a multi-view of what was being recorded and what was happening behind the scenes.
The control room, tip of the spear as far as low cost, high quality production goes. We can make your on-screen event look as good as TV!
Studio set and control room includes;
Multiple screens for spectacular visual backgrounds, PowerPoint or Keynote presentations and Video Call discussions with multiple participants.
Ability to colour and brand as needed
Sound insulated space with multiple rooms for social distancing and daily cleaning
Ability to connect up to 4 video calls with our custom solution or a platform of your choice - Zoom, Skype, MS Teams, WebEx etc.
Two cameras, lighting and two microphones to make sure you look and sound fantastic
Webcast to multiple platforms of clients choice or embed into client or custom webpage.
One technician included in the package for simple events, often a producer or additional audio technician is required charged at normal rates.
Presentation pre-recording and scheduled playback also available.
On-screen content creation as an additional service can be produced. - POA

Multiple streaming platform options available. We can work with your preferred platform, use the free social media platforms or ask us about our own custom solution we charge at an additional fee depending on viewer count.
There may be a set up charge depending on the chosen configuration of the studio.

100% virtual events can be run from our control room with all presenters and hosts dialling in remotely. We can add Auslan and captioning when required.
