As the world changed over the past few months, live in-person events have become an impossibility. We have transformed one of our office spaces into a fully functioning, professional webcasting studio. We can bring your event into the online space by beaming your presenters into the studio for a virtual discussion. We then mix content together to stream to your delegates in a visually appealing and interesting production they can engage with. Studio set and control room includes; 

  • Multiple screens for spectacular visual backgrounds, PowerPoint or Keynote presentations and Video Call discussions with multiple participants. 

  • Ability to colour and brand as needed

  • Sound insulated space with multiple rooms for social distancing and daily cleaning

  • Ability to connect up to 4 video calls with our custom solution or a platform of your choice - Zoom, Skype, MS Teams, WebEx etc. 

  • Two cameras, lighting and two microphones to make sure you look and sound fantastic

  • Webcast to multiple platforms of clients choice or embed into client or custom webpage. 

  • One technician included in the package for simple events, often a producer or additional audio technician is required charged at normal rates.

  • Presentation pre-recording and scheduled playback also available. 

  • On-screen content creation as an additional service can be produced. - POA

Two hour rehearsal and technical configuration, Two hour Presentation or record 

$4000+gst

Full Day Package

Two hour rehearsal and technical configuration, up to Six Hour Presentation or record 

$6000+gst

Additional Rehearsal and Pre-Recording

$190p/h+gst

Custom Event Website

Hosted on www.SDVirtual.live with Video and Slido Embed

$1500 +/- depending on exact requirements

  • Multiple streaming platform options available. We can work with your preferred platform, use the free social media platforms or ask us about our own custom solution we charge at an additional fee depending on viewer count.

  • There may be a set up charge depending on the chosen configuration of the studio.

100% virtual events can be run from our control room with all presenters and hosts dialling in remotely. We can add Auslan and captioning when required. Pricing is similar to those listed above, although - as we all know, every event is different so please get in touch anytime to discuss your events requirements :)
